The information line is answered during office hours, (8am - 4pm, Mon - Fri). We do not operate a crisis help-line but if you leave a message and your contact details you will be contacted by a member of staff within 24 hours (week days) or 72 hours (weekends). 

If you need to speak to someone for emotional support/advice out of these hours here are a number of options:

• The Roofie Foundation (Drug Facilitated Sex Abuse helpline 9am-9pm):0800 783 2980

• Croydon RASASC  (Helpline for men/women/family members is open: Mon-Fri 12noon-2.30pm & 7-9.30pm; Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays 2.30-5pm) 08451 221 331
