The information line is answered during office hours which are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. We do not operate a crisis help-line but if you leave a message and your contact details you will be contacted by a member of staff within 24 hours (weekdays) or 72 hours (weekends).

If you need to speak to someone for emotional support/advice out of these hours here are a number of options:
