| Like so many Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centres around the country we are | |
| always in need of financial support. Unfortunately, whilst everybody recognises the | |
| value of the important work that we do, the centre does not receive and long term | |
| sustainable funding for its core activity. Whilst we have an excellent track record in | |
| obtaining funding from a wide variety of Trust Funds, etc. opportunities are becoming | |
| fewer due to our previous successes. There are many costs involved in delivering our | |
| services - helpline operating costs, web site provision and maintenance, email support, | |
| premises rent, insurance, service charges, stationary and postage, volunteer expenses | |
| to name but a few. | |
